Professor Shalabh Bhatnagar elevated to IEEE Fellow by IEEE Board of Directors

Professor Shalabh Bhatnagar has been honoured with an elevation to IEEE Fellow by the IEEE Board of Directors at its November 2024 meeting. This is effective from 1 January 2025. The citation reads: “for contributions to stochastic recursive algorithms for optimization, control, and reinforcement learning”.
