The Centre for Continuing Education offers a rich variety of short-term as well as semester-long courses on key contemporary subjects.

This is a highly competitive, two month internship program at the Department of CSA. The summer internship is open to bright and motivated second year, third year and fourth year B.E./B.Tech students in India. For details on the concluded 2018 program: https://events.csa.iisc.ac.in/internship2018/
The three national Science Academies (Indian Academy of Sciences, Indian National Science Academy, National Academy of Sciences, India) offer several two-month Summer Fellowships to enable students/teachers (studying/teaching in India) to work with scientists associated with the three Academies. The Department of ESE coordinates the highly popular NPTEL (National Program on Tecnology Enabled Learning) Initiative. As a part of this initiative, the division faculty members have designed and delivered a large number of online courses at master’s level.
