Bio
K.V.S. Hari (PhD UC San Diego 1990) has been with the Department of ECE, Indian Institute of Science, since 1992, where he is currently a Professor and coordinates the activities of the Statistical Signal Processing Laboratory. He has been a visiting faculty at Stanford University and KTH, Stockholm. His research interests include statistical signal processing, sparse signal processing, array signal processing, machine learning, with applications to MIMO wireless communication systems, radar and navigation systems, autonomous systems, assistive technologies for the elderly, MRI systems, and neuroscience. He is the Editor-in-Chief (Electrical Sciences) of Sadhana and a Fellow of IEEE and INAE.
