Bio
Siddharth is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Automation. Before joining IISc, he was a post-doctoral scholar at Caltech and obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Siddharth’s research lies at the interface of Computer Science and Microeconomics. His work spans multiple areas such as Approximation Algorithms, Game Theory, and Theoretical Machine Learning. Siddharth’s recent results, in particular, address fairness in the context of algorithmic decision making.
