Phonon limited anisotropic quantum transport in phosphorene field effect transistors

We develop a computer code, which elucidates the intricate electron-phonon coupling limited quantum transport in two-dimensional material-based nano-scale transistors. Such first-principles-based computational tool is in demand for advanced technology research, since it enables systematic evaluation of new materials at device level even before the wafer is available.
